Elephants wanted a party that lost their minds, they got them.

Hmmm. I don’t believe John McCain is a Boomer, but I suspect he qualifies as having served.

But to be fair none of this list has the chops that Hillary does. As a civilian she came under fire in Bosnia. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rZHO1vo762c. Oh, snap.

Just to set the record straight, I’m neither a Clinton nor a Trump fan. I’m just suggesting that all of this sniping back and forth is pretty pointless. Just sayin’….

No. Now we just see its base for what it really is.

Lost my sympathy. If the Republicans weren’t trying so hard to sink their own party, they might be worth saving. Having checks and balances make a 2-party system make sense. Having two sides to every issue each a black and white, where arguing over gun deaths, if we should provide medicine, education or military become bargaining chips instead of something that politicians can help us with. Go to you graveyard elephant, take your racists with you. We are in the teen years of a new millennium, time to leave the racism, misogyny and fear mongering behind and step into the 21st Century.

If we’d lost the GOP sooner, the first guy might still have his job, his union, and his pension.

The racist Republicans turned their back on the United States when President Obama was elected. America needs to turn their back to republicons at the polls.

You can make America great again by moving that elephant along, treat him like he’s been treating the homeless for decades.

    I said this:

Don’t you realize that undecided voters will make up their minds based on the comments in the comics section?Someone posted a reply that started with this:I hope they actually look at ….I wonder if this guy was born without a sense of humor or if it was surgically excised later.

Equating having served in Viet Nam with executive competence is silly. Does working on the shop floor in Mexico qualify you to be the CEO in your company? No, the skill set and personality is totally different.

The point is, coming up with a war strategy is a long complex process, not something a sleazy apartment salesman can come up with in the spare time between appointments. Do people actually believe his bs? One of his “generals” claimed to. Why wouldn’t he run it past a tame “general”?

We conservatives lost our party in 1988. That’s when the RINOs and establishment Republicans took back over.

The GOP was lost when it started attracting people who really believed what the platform said. All they wanted was to oppose the Democrats on everything, but that put them in some awful positions. That was still all right as long as they didn’t actually believe those positions, but then the Tea Party came in and believed all the racism and the belligerent pro-war and anti-woman stuff, and now they’re stuck with Trump, who embodies the worst parts of it..Oh, no! How could this ever have happened?
