Or, you could pay attention to a real corruption scandal.

This one seems pretty real to me. And it’s back more often than Bill’s bimbo eruptions.

I remember those coin operated washers and dryers from my apartment days! It’s been a long time since I thought about them. Nice to do the wash without having to look for quarters :)

Nobody of importance is going to notice that stain anyway. The press want Hitlery to get in. There is another option. Garry Johnson

Trump used his foundation to bribe the AG of FL and NOT a word about it. He was fined even but every media source talks about Clinton Foundation which has NO evidence of scandal. Trump says the foundation took money from Saudi Arabia. Trump rents out space to Saudi’s but that’s okay.

An open letter to Trump’s white supremacist followers or “lynch mob,” as many view you. The rest of us are not fooled by your leader’s dog whistle. We know that the real message which has you so worked up is “Make America White Again.” All the rest is subterfuge and misdirection. This is not going to happen and the benefits of living in a diverse, multi-cultural society to those of us who have progressed past the 18th century is what truly makes America great. We have problems to be sure, but Donald Trump and the bigotry and hate of you, his followers are not the solution to them. Our country’s founders had the vision and foresight to anticipate America having the room to grow and evolve past the ignorance of their times in which slavery was acceptable as well as women-as-chattel, genocide of the native people, bigotry against people of the “wrong” religion, etc. And the country has grown and evolved, except for you. It’s time to grow up and move into the 21st century. There will be taco stands as well as Chinese food, chitlins, bagels, falafels, pizza and the whole universe of diverse foods as well as customs and manners of dress and religious beliefs, languages, and skin colors, and sexual orientation, etc. It is this true American exceptionalism, the acceptance of variety and diversity that the Founding Fathers foresaw that will eventually bring the rest of the world around from their outdated modes of thinking and violence against those who are not exactly like them. We hope you’ll join the rest of us and now. Do you really need to go through another civil war before you realize that violence and hate is not the solution to anything?

If the media would cover Jill Stein of the Green party and Gary Johnson of the Libertarians like they do Dumb and Dumber, we just might have an upset…

If you do a little research on Trump’s business dealings and background you will find all kinds of documented evidence of how he short changes his contractors, rips off investors, evicts little old ladies in the way of his real estate projects, numerous bankruptcies and a whole boat load of people are suing him because they got ripped off. Clearly Donald is only interested in making Donald great. While you may not like Hillary’s personality she has survived years of intensive investigations by Congress and the FBI who could not find a single thing sufficient to bring charges. It must have been mortifying for the head of the FBI to spend millions investigating and then have to stand up on national TV and admit he could not find anything indictable. The best he could come up with is she was “Careless”. In November you can vote for a well documented crook or for someone who has survived intensive investigation and vetting. It seems like a very clear choice unless you are so biased that you want to elect a crook because he tells you what you want to hear.

Doesn’t anyone care about what really happened to Vince Foster and why suddenly his file is missing?

The stain is still right where the right-wing put it. What is depicted is the hopes of the Republicans, that her campaign will spend time trying to clean off yet another splotch that the Republicans threw in hopes something (anything) would stick. Maybe we could talk about platforms, or we could hope this one really lasts until they come up with the scandal that really gets her. Oh, well, next time you’ll get her!

I find that the discussion here at gocomics during elections gets kind of boring. The two sides seem to get dug in and often they just yell at each other from their respective foxholes. I’m interested in policy more than personality, and this election seems to have been highjacked by personality. On policy Clinton wins hands down, in my opinion.

U.S. Ambassador to Brazil Thomas Shannon, a veteran diplomat, sent the message to State chief of staff Cheryl Mills, who forwarded it to Clinton. The email reads in full:

Please extend to the Secretary my congratulations for her testimony today before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. I watched with great admiration as she dealt with a tough and personally painful issue in a fair, candid and determined manner. I was especially impressed by her ability to turn aside the obvious efforts to politicize the events in Benghazi, reminding Americans of the tremendous sacrifice made by Chris Stevens and his colleagues but also insisting that our ability to play a positive role in the world and protect U.S. interests requires a willingness to take risks. I am thankful for her leadership, proud of her commitment to the Foreign Service, and honored to be part of her team.

oh my gosh! he exclaimed in mock surprise. This stain is still right where I put it! Now we have her! The right-wing thugs are still going to throw mud in hopes something sticks. Unfortunately for them, they are in an echo chamber, so they think they really have her THIS time. (much like they thought they had her the last 30 times haha)
