Many of those trucks are an all cash business, meaning you only pay taxes on what you report.The IRS can go suck eggs!!

The best Mexican food I ever had, was on a catering van (taco wagon), in Wimama, FL. The same one that feed the migrant workers, that worked the fields around there. Just order whatever they are eating, wow, great stuff! All kinds of stuff not just taco, heck no. A huge variety, I highly recommend such places, if you can find one, well, just go to where the real Mexicans eat.
