Eating meals together is supposed to help improve their grades and create warm memories.
This would have been funnier as “No texting in all caps at the dinner table, young man!”
If they use a Galaxy Note 7 it will get warm alright.
In our house, outbursts were discouraged but tolerated.Screens at the table were not. (No phones,TV, laptops.)
In our household, jokes and puns were encouraged. Dinnertime was fun.
