The Lufkin zoo has a brand new albino lion cub. We’re going up there today to see the little bugger. Lufkin’s about an hour and a half drive from here so we’re going with another couple and we intend to make a day of it.

Man, you oughta see my car! Loaded with boxes of books and other stuff, and I’m not finished. I hope it will all fit! Tomorrow is the big sale. Gotta remember to take sunscreen!
David, enjoy your drive. I know we enjoyed ours. Sometimes the scenery around us gets lost in everyday life, and a long drive is a chance to appreciate it.
It’s currently 73 with a forecast of 91. The good news is that the temp doesn’t get that high until late afternoon, so tomorrow’s sale shouldn’t reach the peak of 92 while we are still out there.
I won’t be able to log on again until after I get home tomorrow, so I’ll catch you all then.
