I remember a class where the professor started the class by reviewing the previous years of prerequisite material by filling 2 chalk boards with formulas. He then turned and asked, “Do I need to go over any of these before we start?”
Every federal land law disposing of land has mandated the funds go for free public education, for the state’s as well as the federal government, like “land grant” colleges with no or minimum tuition, making education available to all, that Ben Franklin was a real socialist/commie out to destroy the country with that plan.
