My rates went DOWN significantly with “Obamacare”, they are projecting an increase in some premiums for next year, but now where near the consisten 15% every year that was the minimum increase before it was passed.

WBR; my Private policy went up only 1% total went down when using the ACA to change plans we couldn’t do before . then my rates actually went DOWN 22%! BTW; same coverage.
