If there are any Hawaiian and Floridan “Lio” readers out there, how soon until school starts where you’re at? Lio – as a child – sure cannot escape the long arm of education.
For a while, the law here was that school couldn’t start until after Labor Day. Now that law has disappeared, and we start before. It does seem unusual to go a few days, have a holiday, then start up again.
I haven’t used one since we could book our own travel online, but I used to love going into a travel agency to plan trips. Especially when the destination wasn’t already decided.
Is your passport in order, Lio? Go to some place in the Southern Hemisphere, where the school year is on mid-term break, and where summer break is in the offing. And wear a disguise that makes you look older. One of your giant robots can help you. Let Ishy attend your school back home under your name….

Those back to school ads were probably up since early July. I’ve seen some B2S ads start appearing 2 weeks after school was let out for the summer.
