“I agree with what Justice Ginsburg said,” Sanders said on ABC’s “Good Morning America.” “I think that Trump is a total opportunist. … I do not believe anything that comes out of his mouth.”
Ginsburg laid out her uncensored opinion of the presumptive GOP nominee in an interview with the New York Times and later added that she sees him as a “faker.”
Outbursts during the State of the Union was really dignified, right? If the Court hadn’t gotten political, W wouldn’t have been President, and Scalia isn’t known for his silence over the years.
RBG should not have said anything about Trump. This is causing an unnecessary uproar and giving fodder to the GOP claiming bias. There are MANY examples of bias from Repub-nominated judges (Scalia comments, Alito eye-rolling, skipping the SOTU, Thomas claiming Obama causing racism). But this isn’t an excuse to wallow in the mud with them.
While as “Private Citizens” everyone has the right to free speech, A Justice needs to make it clear they are voicing personal opinion and keep it separate from their Professional views.
Scalia comments (you can find plenty if you look), Alito eye-rolling, skipping the SOTU, Thomas claiming Obama causing racism are just a few examples of Republican judges expressing opinions.Shame you can’t be honest.

Justice Alito once referred to President Obama’s reelection as a “moment of utmost sterility, darkest night, most extreme peril.”
Right wingers believe their own insane lies.

Does this mean you are admitting that the Republican judges have done this repeatedly?-I agree that RBG should not have joined them in the muck.

Does an NFL ref have a Constitutional right to wear a Patriots cap while working their game?

Apparently the far left believes that the plate umpire has a Constitutional right to calls balls and strikes while wearing a Yankee cap.
