Man they’re dragging this out. OK Barry the pickup driver wouldn’t have hit Boo if your drunk old man hadn’t hit her first and knocked her into the truck’s path. OK Tru give us a valuable lesson and let’s move on.

Barry must be the most delusional kid on earth to think his dad didn’t cause the accident. Worse case scenario: Ken puts Barry in the hospital, Ken is suspended and Muldlark baseball is ruined for the season. Ken Brown’s mom has to recuse herself because of what Ken did to Barry. Del Bader gets off because of a sympathetic judge feels he needs to be there for his son. The Bader family sues Milford school district for defamation of character and putting Barry in the hospital.

That finger is going to be Young Master Bader’s worst nightmare in tomorrows shower scene.

Big Ken Brown is about to make those freckles happen all over the floor.

Now let’s get serious. The blood test at the hospital is going to convict dear ole dad, dumbarse, not BKB or the cow judge. And the courts don’t look very kindly on repeat offenders, especially ones involved in fatal accidents and already awaiting sentencing on an earlier charge. Grand Master Bader’s actions caused the initial accident which contributed to Boo’s death. Depending on the state, he’s looking at a minimum of 3 years in jail for manslaughter, or in this case Booslaughter, plus fines and having his license revoked. Hope he has a good recipe for prison wine.

Once all 3 vehicle manufacturers, the brake and tire makers, the state highway department, the manufacturer of the road concrete and the bar that served Del are all brought in to settle out, there will be plenty of money for all except Boo to live happily ever after. Next case …

P2- Young Bader has infiltrated the Milford baseball team with his negative karma, bad haircut and misplaced beauty mark. In the world of espionage, he’d be a mole. Apologies to EB.

Ummm, I still listen to CDs. But I don’t drive a pickup truck, and I was nowhere near Milford the night of the accident.

It is time to move on. Why do they keep dragging this thing out. Can’t they think of anything to write about.

Hi kids, it’s me State Champion Coach Gil Thorp. I’m as tired of this story as you are. So I’ll save some time and give you my insightful take on this Teenage Issue: Kid’s, never let your parents divorce or you’ll be killed in a horrible accident.

Who even listens to those? We’re in Milford, where people still listen to 8-tracks.

@tcar: another blow to nostalgia. Some of their cars are still around; I saw one on a CSX train about a year ago. Could be stuck in the International Loop (Detroit/Windsor and Port Huron/Sarnia are two of the top three rail crossings in the Country. Throw in Laredo and those three exceed the other crossings combined.
