Do you suppose Mr. York is deprived of affection and that’s why he obsesses over it daily in a comic strip?

I’m a straight male but I don’t see what the big deal is about “headlights”. And ry666’s comments are sickening.

Arlo took the path less-chosen, and that made all the difference!

On really hot days, my school had a single field irrigation machine spray the football field and track, during which we had to run along the track for gym class. We would wait for the sprinkler to shoot a jet of water our way to cool us off, and it felt really good.

It’s just that Janis sees a walk as a boring experience, while Arlo is more imaginative. That’s all it is. The sprinkler helps keep it a clean comic strip

My question is, did she see what he was up to and order him into that cold shower. It’s near 100 here, and it makes me want to set up a sprinkler and regress 60 years to my youth when there was no more popular summer attraction than an active sprinkler.

Some are prudes and some are tiresome. I say ‘vive la difference’.
