Good morning, Vagabonds. Last week I went to JFK by public transportation (usually a 2-hour trip, but this timne it must have taken 3-hours) to meet my friend cominjg in from Norway. Because of misplaced luggage, it took 2 hours after arriving for him to come out of Immigration. We then went to my home, again by public transportation and had a pizza.

So far my friends have been entertaining him although I took him to a thrift shop which he enjoyed.

PS: I fell behind reading my comics because my internet has been acting strangely, cutting out of GoComics continuously. I gave up reading the comics for 4 days and only yesterday caught up with my reading by looking at each of my 12-odd comics for the past 4 days.

Howdy Vagabonds.Dark and cloudy right now and Gary says clearing with temperatures in the mid seventies..I’m taking my nephew to Burlington (Winooski actually) so he can see his son who lives with the ex-wife. The plan is mini-golf..I saw an interesting use of old books on the local news this morning. This woman takes the old books and makes folded sculptures out of them. (very interesting).I bid you all a wonerful day. ;-).ttfn

    Good Morning, Vagabonds,

Another warm day scheduled. It got up to 85 yesterday, and more of the same for today. We had a yummy crab salad last night with my killer tartar sauce/dressing.

Most enjoyable of all was sitting out on the deck after dark and watching the stars and the lightning way off in the distance.
