Supreme Court requires a simple majority. Criminal/Civil court requires not a single dissenting vote. Go figure…
But wait, the 9th Circuit Fed appellate just ruled that lying is okay and is protected by the 1st Amendment!
The lone juror hold out is a state employee. Pressure from boss up the line? They weren’t sequestered-big mistake. She should never have been seated.
