    Who is Hubris? Hubris by Greg Cravens Cravens was working for Scott Stantis and eventually took over the strip, The Buckets , to free Stantis up for Prickly City. Cravens also did a coloring book for Piggly Wiggly.

    Oh yeah, if anybody happens to be in Memphis today, the National Cartoonists Society is holding a benefit dinner and auction for St Judes Hospital. GoComics blog about St Judes and National Cartoonists Society Should be a big deal. For $99 you can have dinner, or for $199 with a Cartoonist at Dominos Event Center. Tables started at $1500.     Uh, Hubris is also the word for excessive pride to the point of self destruction, the point of Winslow’s cautionary comment. The Hubris ’Toon is one of my favorites…
