Does someone know what was Blaze doing before she thought of revenge. I do not see her as a bad person but got into situations due to her desire to take revenge for the death of her sister. I wasn’t aware that Mike Curtis confirmed that Venus is really dead. I remember asking Mike when he rejoined discussions here about the status of Venus but did not get an answer. I missed that confirmation. Since it was not done on strip, there is still a possibility that Mike might change his mind later on. I am really sorry to hear that Venus is really dead fish dead.
I’m not quite sure how the D.A. can fabricate a deal for Blaze before all the facts are in, but I’m willing to accept Tracy’s statement. For that matter, neither am I certain what Blaze has to “set up” that requires time….
By letting Blaze go, Tracy is putting Lee/T-Bolt’s undercover operation on the line, not to mention her life.Even if Blaze is leaning one way here, what if she has second thoughts and lets slip to Notta what happened at the laundromat? There’s no way Tracy can be sure that won’t happen. Someone might say, “There’s no way Blaze will do that, she’s ready to give up Notta and move on with her life.” And I would say, respectfully, that you’ve never worked with an emotionally abused person before. The spell such people are under is rarely if ever broken by a couple conversations with people operating outside the abusive relationship! Feelings of personal guilt, fear, and emotional dependence could easily overwhelm Blaze and flip her back the other way, even if she’s filled with the very best intentions at this moment.Again, it’s possible and perhaps even likely that Blaze will give up Notta, because we as the readers sense it’s likely to happen for dramatic purposes. But there is absolutely no way Tracy can know this. It’s fine for him to take a chance and let Blaze go and hope for the best. It might be the best call here, given the circumstances. But that means Tracy absolutely MUST pull Lee/T-Bolt out of the field, immediately. Otherwise, he’s gambling with her life.

The DA will need to orchestrate, rather than fabricate, a deal for Blaze. Lee has put a lot of time in to cementing her undercover role as T-Bolt. She worked hard at great risk to worm her way into Bribery’s good graces. One of the conditions of Blaze’s orchestrated deal will be that she stay mum and not disclose what she knows.
I tend to agree with you. My son was in an abusive situation similar to what Blaze is in, and it took weeks to wean him from it. Lots of pep talks and phone calls, with some setbacks in between. It was rough and not for the faint of heart. Tracy can keep tabs on Blaze all he wants, but unless the MCU has a bug on her and all the phones at Notta’s place are tapped, and we know they aren’t, the police are not going to know if in a weak moment Blaze admits to Notta that she ran into T-Bolt who encouraged her to talk to the police. It’s not hard to imagine that spilling out considering how much Notta dominates Blaze right now and is going to demand to know what happened at the laundromat. Notta would put two and two together in a split second, and T-Bolt’s cover would be blown and her life put in danger. I do see what you’re saying.

After reading the above posts I started wondering what was in those boxes that Blaze kept delivering from Bribery to Notta? Will we find out by the end of this story? I’m also wondering about the status of Purdy. Is he really as debilitated as he looks or is he faking so Blaze won’t find out? If Notta is arrested who will take care of Purdy? Tracy knows he’s there and his condition but they would have to do something with him. Nursing home probably.

Anything is possible but I’m sure that T-Bolt knows the position she is in and will take the necessary precautions.
