He actually posts this one 3x a week AND he has another strip, Back in the Day, on GoComics too that is 5x a week. As a cartoonist on Sherpa section and unscheduled I think doing two strips on GoComics for a total of 8 posts a week is pretty good. This strip pushes boundaries but all just in good fun and it’s funny as ALL GET OUT!
If we cannot tolerate someone having fun with religious iconography we will end up with our own Charlie Hebdo. If someone is offended by this then why are they still reading it?
As opposed to the atheist bigots who instantly start dumping on anyone who expresses a positive thought about religion. They jumped in right after and are still up above..(For the record, I think the toon is hilarious!)
The original poster was accusing Eric of being hateful of Jesus by portraying Him humorously. Some people insist that Christianity Is Serious Business and Jesus should not be shown smiling, happy, or having any fun at all.
