On the not funny side, in 2003 I was broadsided by someone who was text driving. It took three months before I could walk again and the girl said that the text she just received had made her angry so she stopped paying attention to the road. And, this one is in the breeding pool! The judge balled her out but she shrugged him off.

They banned texting while driving in Michigan. I have no idea how they can enforce it though. I mean BEFORE the accident.
