Cathy: I didn't get you anything for secretaries' day, Charlene, because I have too many conflicting feelings. On one hand, you deserve a special tribute for all your hard work..But on the other hand, you earn less than anyone here and to buy you off with Secretaries's Day trinkets seems completely demeaning. Instead of a gift, I pledge to treat you as an equal, vaulable business peer, and work toward the day when all women in the workplace have the salaries, benefits and respect we deserve!! Charlene: Will the festivities never end? First cheap cologne, now enlightened guilt.
