This cartoon is unrealistic. The book store doesn’t have the word “CHRISTIAN” in larger letters than “BOOK.”

Also, “”https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NdCOZBLAcuQ">My Home Town" by Tom Lehrer.

I would rather have my daughter in a restroom with a trans woman than with a righteous conservative bigot. But I’ll let all of them pee, I’m not a monster.

Do you think they are only safe in restrooms now?

It ain’t about potties but paranoids (religious freaks out to control you genitals for mere body functions, not just sex).

Same brand of intolerance that brought us “Colored Only” water fountains…

Straight identifying men commit almost all sex crimes & the victims are almost always someone the offender knows. Clearly, they should be banned from all restrooms & locker rooms. You & the NC legislators are worried about imaginary bogeymen.

    My Hometown

I was eight years old and running with a dime in my hand
Into the bus stop to pick up a paper for my old man
I’d sit on his lap in that big old Buick and steer as we drove through town
He’d tousle my hair and say son take a good look around this is your hometown
This is your hometown
This is your hometown
This is your hometown

In `65 tension was running high at my high school
There was a lot of fights between the black and white
There was nothing you could do
Two cars at a light on a Saturday night in the back seat there was a gun
Words were passed in a shotgun blast
Troubled times had come to my hometown
My hometown
My hometown
My hometown

Now Main Street’s whitewashed windows and vacant stores
Seems like there ain’t nobody wants to come down here no more
They’re closing down the textile mill across the railroad tracks
Foreman says these jobs are going boys and they ain’t coming back to your hometown
Your hometown
Your hometown
Your hometown

Last night me and Kate we laid in bed talking about getting out
Packing up our bags maybe heading south
I’m thirty-five we got a boy of our own now
Last night I sat him up behind the wheel and said son take a good look around
This is your hometown

Regarding minority rights and majority rule, this is pretty much the way I learned it.http://www.annenbergclassroom.org/term/majority-rule-and-minority-rightsThe GOP has gone more extreme since I was young, when my Republican grandparents told me " … how other people lived their lives was none of my business!"

Reading many comments of the above one can clearly see some consider that if one is Lesbian, Gay, Bi or Transexual, it is equal to deviant/dangerous and being automatically a paedophile. The equatiing of being LGBT to paedophilia is alarming. The incidence of paedophiles is the same in all groups. Including straight ones.
