    But in those days, especially, what kid ate PB&J on WHEAT bread? It was always white bread…fluffy, unhealthy WONDER bread! (Helps Build Bodies 12 Ways, remember?)

    It’s like talking with my mother… only you’d also get a lecture about keeping a moisture barrier of condiments directly on the bread, broken only by the lettuce and other crisp vegetables, keeping it evenly heated, and matching the proper cheeses with the brands of meat. Yes, even if it was a bread-and-butter sandwich.
