    Same here….I know a lot of people much younger than me and in lousy shape. I worked physically hard all my life…even playing ice hockey into my 60’s. If you sit still, you’re going to rust!

    I can’t climb trees like I used to do. I now have to be careful jumping down. I can’t skip steps like I used to do… However, I can annoy the heck out of the ‘youngsters’ by saying “when I was your age…”
