I never took naps until I hit some magic age. Then, it was no longer an option, it became a requirement. What do you know? The world does nicely without me for that hour or so.
Unfortunately, my naps take place after 6pm and last until 2:30am-3:00am then I am wide awake until after 6pm again.
Get up in the morning, then take a good brisk nap—Garfield. From Michael
