Where’s Phil? Would his superiors back at the precinct really allow him to let his nephew and stepdaughter mess around on an official mode of transport? It’s an offense to damage it, is it not?
They do around here also. It’s easier to jump in the car and go than to drive 30 miles or so then get a car. We have Sharif’s and police living in different counties so they have to have a car. After all that’s what we are paying them for, to be on the scene ASAP.
I live about 60 miles from downtown Los Angeles, and I am frequently passed on the freeway by L.A.P.D. motor officers going well above the 65 m.p.h. speed limit. No lights or siren on. I’d like to get an identifying number or license plate, but I would probably get a speeding ticket if I tried to keep up with one of them. But at least I’d get the name and badge number.
They are at least having fun.In our area the PD drive personal vehicle to where the PD auto is and then on duty. Not at their personal home. State trouper’s different and so at times Sheriff.

My question is: What is it doing at his house ? They are usually kept at ? The two in my hometown were kept in a city garage unless being on patrol.
