I should get one of those, but for reminding me it’s in the laundry (did that twice; the goofball that I was).

Wow, what a useful device, yet it must be very annoying. Just like those cars that do the annoying beeping sound when you haven’t fasten your seatbelt.

I’ve only broken one phone screen, and that was actually while recharging it—in a NM ski lodge in July. :)And I just knocked over my oatmeal bowl, but hey—spilled milk, right?

I have mine in my shirt pocket and have learned to stoop down instead of bending over. When I get home, I put it on a shelf.

    I’ve solved the problem pretty handily…I don’t have a cell phone. If I ain’t home, leave a message…

Thankful to be old enough to be both practical, and unfashionable. My Bat phone sits in a holster on my Bat belt.

Paige is still better than a friend of mine with three kids, one of them about her age. He was showing them how strong they make smart phones these days, and deliberately dropped his on the kitchen floor. It landed face down. In a way he was right. The screen has an interesting pattern of cracks all over it, but it still works.

Remember when we had the cordless house phones? The base had a button that made the receiver beep when you pressed it. That way you could find the lost receiver…. I need one of those for my cell phone.

It even comes with a backup battery when the primary one is removed. That thing had to be designed by parents.
