Oh good. My tax dollars get to pay for a Bistro for Yuppie Larvae.

I remember back in the sixties, in the NYC public schools, a lot of kids would throw out their lunches. In my high school, no lunches.

The lunches at my school were actually quite edible, even tasty. But I remember one time reading in the paper about the government supporting farmers by buying up thousands of chickens that were infected with a virus and therefore unsellable, and we were served some sort of chicken dish every day for the next two weeks.
