His worst nightmare was when they failed to make him a one term president with endless resistance to everything.

How is that a nightmare? Like Obama would have a snowball’s chance in hell of being confirmed…

Within an hour after Scalia’s death was announced by the court, McConnell said he wanted the vacancy to be filled by the next president.

Sen. Mitch McConnell in 2005: ‘The President, and the President alone, nominates judges’

Mitch McConnell, who in 2005 accused the Democrats of changing “the Senate’s ‘advise and consent’ responsibilities to ‘advise and obstruct.’”

The republican pigs are hypocrites of the first order. Making up the rules as they go along. Hopefully the American people will turn against them in November.

The GOP is self destructing with the bias to the far right and thinking it can impose its views on the American public. What ever happen to moderation? Musings from a former republican.

Republican opposition to President Obama’s plan to appoint a Supreme Court justice to take the late Antonin Scalia’s seat is predicated on the inherent racism that has made Obama the enemy for the past seven years of his administration. We have to begin by facing up to the reality of systemic racism. There is a racial inequality demonstrated by the way this president has been treated.

Worked for Elizabeth Warren, who was blocked from heading the new consumer protection agency she created so she ousted a Republican senator to join the Senate to give the GOP nightmares.

There would be a little bit of Ironic Justice in such a scenario..Of course, then, the GOP would try to charge Hillary with Multiple counts of Murder when Sir Turtle and half his cronies died of Apoplexy when they heard the announcement… .“She Nominated WHO ???”
