June: Let's watch this show! It's rated "G." I'm glad shows have advisory warnings so we can decide if the kids should watch!
Ralph: Now if only the commercials came with advisory warnings!
TV: Hey, guys...
Several years ago we were watching a golf tournament. Tiger Woods hit the ball in the lake and said &%^$!, audible on the TV. No reaction from my 8 year old son. Tiger was mad, and it was understandable. Then a bit later came the commercial with two outdoor bathtubs, and he asked me, “What’s erectile dysfunction?”
So why do people get so upset about a four-letter word used in a non-sexual context, and let these “adult” commercials go into much more specific detail without a peep?
I still don’t understand the all-day pill that negates “your need to find a bathroom”. Maybe it’s to get a sip of water for the pill, but it opens up a lot of other unsavory scenarios…

Do hat a lot of people do today. Tape everything- then you can zap the commercials.
