Because we are plow-horses in the field of life. A rising tide lifts all boats; but when you don’t have a boat, it’s sink or swim all over again. ;)

I hadn’t thought of that. I can get points just for sleeping in.
If we all worked on that, over a period of time we’d all become less and less obnoxious as we endeavored to top each other. Then again, one-upping is obnoxious.
