Did you know that Rev. Charles Lutwig Dodgson aka Lewis Carrol came up with the idea for those watch towers in forests back in 1891?No, I didn’t know that. Do you have any reference to that? I know that fire lookout towers only became common after Dodgson died and I don’t know of any in the U.K.
