With liberals, it is all about an anti gun agenda, not any sympathy towards lives lost. They don’t care about lives lost at all given their stances on abortion up until birth. The best thing Obama said was to give a great deal more to Mental health facilities. Mental Illness is not by desire, no-one wants to be mentally ill, it is an illness.Even if the mentally ill do shoot someone occasionally, it is mainly done by people who are hateful and hate-filled and bigoted or bullies. I don’t have a problem with better background checks. I am pro 2nd amendment , but sometimes it its abused. I am Against taking away peoples guns. Part of the reason for the 2nd amendment is for protection.People, and police who shoot 1st and ask questions later, and the stand your ground laws are wrong usage.
Don’t know what the discussion on abortion had to do the the toon, but it reminds me of something George Carlin said once on the subject regarding the ideas of the ultra right. “if you’re pre born you’re fine. If you’re pre school you’re *.”
All guns should be confiscated unless one is a member of a well-regulated militia. These regulated militias should rank somewhere above a military academy, and below the police and national guard. Yes, the “good” gun owners have to pay the piper for the “bad” gun owners.

The term “gun violence” bugs me. I’ve been around alot of guns and none of them have been violent.
