First, everything the Bundys say is a crock. Let the local cops or Orkin man take care of them. The Feds have backed off for fear of giving them what they want, another Ruby Ridge claim, just like they tried in Nevada. LIke Trump, stop giving them the media coverage to spread their bull.
My guess is that President Obama has ordered the federal officials to wait out the mooching ranchers without violence. There are no hostages, and it’s winter, so who really cares about forcing any confrontation? Another sensible decision by the President. He has his faults, but Obama is smart and rational most of the time. We’re lucky to have him as our President.
