After a nice day yesterday, it looks like we are going to be hit with another storm starting about 7 a.m. with about 6 to 10 inches by night fall. This is a blizzard coming in from the East with winds of 30 to 40 mph and could go into Tues. Guess we will just pull up the covers.
I’ve often wondered, what is a blizzard? In other words, what distinguishes a blizzard from an ordinary snow. When does a snow storm become a blizzard?

Yesterday’s game was fun to watch. I saw so many fouls that didn’t get caught by the refs. And the commercials were the usual gamut of very good to extremely bad. I was disappointed in Budweiser’s first commercial, but loved Helen Mirrin in their second one. They’ve done so many really good ones in the past that the first one just didn’t stack up.
I heard that the pro-choice people are up in arms about that Doritos commercial about the unborn baby reaching for the chips. “How dare they show a fetus as a real human being!” (and just so you know, that’s definitely NOT me saying that)
It’s sunny out with a light breeze. Temp is already over 50 (and that was the high a week ago!) and the forecast is for almost 70. Shirt sleeve weather!
