OK, Ken Brown … it’s showtime.

I would think Gil’s starters already know what positions they play.

What’s missing just prior to P2 is where somebody asks Thorp if he can name five players from the team, since this is probably the first time he’s shown up.

Isn’t she a center? Why isn’t she watching Tracy Shroeder?

Just out of sight in P2 is the teleprompter that Gil is reading to give out the starting assignments since this is his first basketball visit of the season.

Menzie is looking more and more feminine by the day. She’ll make the girl’s team yet.

To Mop from yesterday. I had that same problem with Red Meat when accessing it through GoComics. I pick it up now through the Washington Post web comics section and they have a new strip every week. At least it’s got date from this week on it and I haven’t seen it before.

I hope she doesn’t see video of the old “Tat Slap” routine. With her size and aggression, that could get ugly.

In all reality , somehow Kenzie is going to have to get a DNA sample from Downtown Kennedy Brown to confirm he is her twin brother separated at birth . Just watching him will only make Kenzie ’s suspicions grow stronger .

P3- Nice smiley medallion our new anti hero is sporting. Brown Starfish, rumor is, Kenzie has a part time job at the softer side of Sears.

It’s also nice to see Gil’s terminology goes back to my playing days — two guards, two forwards and a center. No 1 (point guard), 2 (shooting guard), 3 (small forward), 4 (power forward) and 5 (center). Or as some local writers have it these days when describing centers, post. Not post position, just post, as in “The 6-7 post scored 18 points.” Always makes me think of dumb as a post.

Ken Brown this, Ken Brown that. Everybody is always gushing over Ken Brown. Has he ever even lead Milford to the Playdowns even once? No! And speaking of leads, follow this lead to today’s issue of Mopped Up Thorp.

I think Kenzie wants Ken to show her more than just basketball tips…

@Bitsy – More proof this is a Milford home game. We all know Milford is still in a 1950’s time warp. That’s Vera Ray from Rocky Jones Space Ranger. She was the first to sport a mini-skirt while part of the crew of his “Space Ship Mars”.Not that I’m old or anything.
