except for for the exercise of lifting food to their mouths, which only makes waists bigger, not smaller.
If Joy’s waist is smaller, it’s probably due to the medical grade elastic gym shorts she’s wearing.
Her waist does look a bit slimmer… but it’s about to be overshadowed by the looming pillow of…um… abdominal cushioning being squeezed out above her waistband.
And believe me… nothing … nothing ever, anywhere….
they just sit and spin. Watching the commercial is what they d best. Those swivel thingies will be in their next garage sale anyway. Or they’ll send it back if the return shipping is free.
