I suppose it could depend on the charity. However, I reservedly salute Mr. Zuckerberg for his decision. I would salute him a whole lot more if he had made the decision quietly, without fanfare, and had not used an LLC. But if it all goes to the correct people, the amount being given away is certainly nothing to scoff at.
