They don’t want to raise the premium. They are raising the premium. The only thing that hasn’t gone up this year is gas. Food and utilities have gone up.

The Medicare Part B premium will not go up in 2016 for those already on Medicare. Those joining Medicare in 2016 and beyond will pay more.
