Socks are nice.
Poor Agnes. Nothing sadder than getting clothes for Christmas when you’re a child. Although, considering some of the stuffed animals that have shown up on her dresser, clothing might not be too bad.
Remember a little back when Agnes was trying to palm of on Grannie that red Xs were signs of approval on her math test?
I’m not sure that Grannie knows what all those things are that Agnes has mentioned, even if she could afford them. Socks she knows.
When I was a kid I could eat a dozen donuts and still have room for dinner. Monday I bought socks, didn’t even think about food or electronics.
