^ That is absolutely true. elections have consequences. Obama has the responsibility to nominate someone of his choosing. For that reason I think she should be approved.
But just to remind everyone Senator Obama voted no on Roberts and Alito. His constitutional right but don’t be upset when Republicans choose the same ineffectual re-election ploy.
