The general has only seven rows of ribbons of ribbons. I believe that to be a four star at least nine rows are required.
Every time I see video of these officers I’m reminded of the 50’s 60’s era Soviet Field Marshals .
Most of those ribbons just show where dudes deployed to, they aren’t “medals” for any action-or result thereof.(purple heart)
When it comes to those balls, I can’t get over those who deserted from service throwing two on the courts to get our kids killed- with absolutely no game plan for either court.
