Well just how do you end the worse recession since 1929?

Ah – GOP, that question is directed at you – you created it, do you have any plans to end it?

in my generation the use/understanding of computers in any industry, was mandatory.

if you didn’t learn to use them you were s–t out of luck when you applied for employment.

some people were not prepared for this transition and didn’t/couldn’t learn -

    this is called PROGRESS….?

When I was a child, I learned how to count on my digits – now do they teach children how to count on their analogues?

Many people here in North America feel they are intitled to the very best….. and it is because you were GIVEN so much.

The problem is that the government, which blames itself.. while pointing fingers at others, has done it’s best to destroy the very best. Hence, Welcome to the consequences of your actions!

    re: social security

last month, out of curiosity, i phoned the social security people to ask if i was eligible for my deceased husband’s social security. they said yes, and here’s the paperwork that you’ll need.

then they asked me if i wanted mine at the same time…

i told them i wasn’t old enough yet, but thank you, and they said because i was a widow and retired i could claim it if i wanted to….

    interesting.

could the funds raided excuse be another governmental not-quite-truth ?
