This is good news for Obama and Americans. Let Putin try to sort out and probably fail to sort out that mess. Then let Putin take the blame for defeat.
Assad IS a nasty dude, and so far it appears after a couple years, he’s managed to kill about as many Syrians as his dad did once, in a SINGLE DAY! But it might serve to take a look at a map and see whether Russian and their allies boundaries are closer to Syria than U.S. boundaries.

It’s time to let the Europeans and Middle East (as in Asian) countries sort out their own problems, without our “help”, period.
It’s a pretty good bet that what Putin Really plans is to Take Over Syria for Russia after ISIS/ISIL is chased out of the country..At which time, Asad finds himself on the way to a Gulag..Russia has wanted a Warm Water Seaport forever.And, all that Oil doesn’t look to bad to them, either..
