Actually, you can eat soup with a fork (meatballs and orzo = Italian Wedding soup). Now eating peas with a knife, only if it’s a very dull blade, wouldn’t want to make that split pea soup. Get the net!
I like Chunky soups, but only served on a bed of rice. As a result, I eat it with a fork. There you go! (My husband & I recently saw a commercial for Chunky, where they suggested serving it on rice; we’ve been doing that since the late ’80s!)
