    My current dog despite supposedly being a hunting breed (Plott Hound), will not go out in anything more than a light drizzle and then only if I do too. Once out, she then raises each paw three or four inches with each step; odd dog.

    As a kid I loved to be out in the rain, sometimes. A couple of times, when the parents weren’t home, the worse the storm the better, with the wind, and lighting, and thunder… It’s only by God’s mercy I lived through it.
