Traitors are always the first ones to sign loyalty pledges. Besides, if your party can only get loyalty by force, how trustworthy is the candidate if they can’t even lose gracefully?

Republicans signed a pledge to Grover Norquist too. Too bad they won’t pledge to help Americans!

I would expect this from middle-schoolers, this defiance-pressure-submission dance from both sides, not from a national party nor from a serious contender to the Presidency. The GOP is s*** scared he’ll run independent if not chosen and split their votes. They should be confident that their final candidate will be capable of getting enough votes on his/her own.

    But of course, that’s a dream…

“I can’t conceive of a circumstance where I would tear up this agreement. "Donald Trump.Oh, you can tear it up at all, then? So it’s not set in stone? Why can’t Univision?

A local Repub pundit claimed that The Donald didn’t stand for anything in the Repub party, and hence had no chance at the nomination. The problem with that is, he epitomizes the Repub party.

Good Grief people! Donald Trump is a man who actually brags about being a billionaire. So of course, he will be the kind of president that wil be a champion of the middle class and working poor! Ha! Ha! Ha!, and another Ha!!!

The pledge also means that if he gets the nomination all the other candidates, who signed that same pledge, are now obligated to back him up. If he doesn’t get the nomination and lives up to the pledge the nominee can be tagged as “The kind of guy Trump would support” in the general election.

Univision has every right to Cancel their contract with the Rump.I’m quite sure the contract has a Cancellation clause that spells out Exactly What Univision needs to do after they cancel it.Cancellation Clauses are a Standard Part of such contracts..

Echo’s joke is very obviously in our day, about Dick Cheney, but if the contract pays enough, he’ll let God sit in the chair.
