Guys, Sheila's essay is full of plans she already has for next summer. Do you know what you're doing next summer? My folks haven't said yet. But I figured the essay is whatever we want. I'm writing about building a race car. I wrote song lyrics as my essay- about our band making it big in the teachers begging us to be our roadies. By the end of next summer, I probably will have wandered into traffic or forgotten how to breathe, I'm so boring.

I guess writing an essay on what one did during the summer is standard for comic strips. All the time I started school, not once were we asked to write such an essay.
