“Reality Television”; that the NRA doesn’t want seen.
Bouncing around some channels to compare, and FOX was the only one I saw that showed the still of the guy aiming the gun at her. The others want to “protect” the innocence of America, but frankly, I think showing the actual shooting all the way through might have been educational for those who think guns don’t kill people. (Now THAT might be something Faux supporters might NOT want shown?)
About twenty years ago I watched a news program in which a news reporter was interviewing a woman who had gotten a restraining order on her abusive husband. As they were walking along, outside, her husband came up behind her, put his pistol to the back of her head and fired. The reporter and her cameraman fled, but the cameraman fled backwards, and recorded the husband emptying his magazine into her body. Although the program I was watching was not live, the event was REAL, and it chills me even as I type this out.Human technology increases rapidly. Human evolution has inched forward very little.
