Instead of spending the money for a chest merkin, Eno is drawing on chest hair with brush-on mascara. I guess this an attempt to make himself even more attractive to women; most women won over by his polka-dotted boxers.

i think he’s trying to make his existing chest hair thicker and darker, which is what women do with their lashes using mascara. Pretty sad idea!
