It was legal when she did it, and the GOP has done the same thing in a much larger degree. The fact that anybody cares about this at all is a measure of how much the GOP’s compliant press will harp on a non-issue while ignoring real problems.
I suggest they subject everyone connected to government to the same email standards, then everybody will be guilty and there will be no one left to run. Keep in mind use of email in business is relatively new, and rules and security are still being reviewed and procedures developed. Snowden proved that even government documents and emails are still not secure.
