I don’t know what it is with the Gruden’s penchant for destroying QB’s careers. John Gruden was definitely instrumental in wrecking Chris Simms physically and mentally as a quarterback. Now brother Jay is doing the same thing with RG3. What he did last week to him was downright criminal and I don’t like Robert Griffin III.
