Cleaner won’t mean “clean”, but it is an attempt at improvement. But of course, any cut to profits gained by mechanization and mountain top removal methods in the industry, is bad, right?
At least they’re getting at the real source of pollution in the world rather than the bogus issue of the Keystone pipeline which is but a trace of total pollution. Well, actually the pipeline reduces pollution over the alternative of transporting crude by rail and truck.
